Alphaland’s Management Training Program 2011 is a class of its own. Designed to find and develop new leaders in the real estate market, the 12-month intensive program exposes Management Trainees to the challenging, competitive but exciting world of high-end real estate. They will undergo various assignments in project management, sales, and marketing, and will be mentored by some of the country’s leaders in real estate. This gives Alphaland’s Management Trainees a unique chance to gain market insights that only our leaders can provide.
