Balesin Island Club

Balesin Island Club, Alphaland’s flagship project, will be perhaps the finest island members only club in the world.  

The club inhabits 500-hectare Balesin Island, which is covered in a lush, tropical rainforest. It offers villas and amenities patterned after some of the most luxurious beachside resorts around the world. With a grand clubhouse and destination spa as the centerpiece, Balesin has seven themed villages with numerous villas and suites.These include Mykonos, St. Tropez, Toscana, Costa del Sol, Bali, Phuket and Balesin. In each village, everything from the architecture, interior design, landscaping and food will be authentically created.

Alphaland has built the country’s newest international airport on Balesin, with a 1.5 kilometer-long concrete runway that can accommodate regional aircrafts and private jets. The island is easily accessible from Manila via a 25-minute flight on Alphaland’s airplanes, departing from the company’s private hangar along Airport Road. 

Because location and ambience are integral to the vision of Balesin Island Club, its architectural design will ensure that the entire resort remains in harmony with the island setting.  The club aims to enhance everything in its environment; the lushness of the large forest sanctuary and the promulgation of the surrounding marine sanctuaries.
