Marina Club
Alphaland Bay City’s centerpiece is a modern Marina Club that provides world-class facilities for about 200 yachts, including several megayachts. It is the only marina where members may use any of several yachts belonging to the club. If you want to experience the pleasures of the nautical lifestyle without the concerns of owning a boat, fractional-use membership frees you from the hassles of maintenance and crewing, and allows you to try different types of boats. A large clubhouse, with a floor area of 4000-5000 square meters, provides all of the dining, sports and lesiure facilties you would expect from any country club.
